What is the fastest way to get an answer from Landsub Global? Two channels, both answered by our sales engineering team: email at [email protected] and WhatsApp at +86 136 8348 5833. To make the first reply as useful as possible, include what you are monitoring (pipeline, power cable, tunnel, conveyor or fiber network), the approximate route length, and whether a fiber route already exists along the asset — existing dark or in-service fiber can often be reused through sensing-communication fusion, which materially changes the solution and its cost. If you are unsure which product fits, describe the problem instead; product selection is part of what we do.

What happens after you inquire

What does Landsub Global do with your message once it arrives? Every inquiry is read and answered by a sales engineer — not an autoresponder — and follows the same path:

  1. Acknowledgement. We reply within one business day to confirm receipt and ask any clarifying questions about your scenario.
  2. Scenario review. A sales engineer reviews your asset type, route length, existing fiber and threat profile, and consults our engineering team where needed.
  3. Technical proposal. You receive a recommended system configuration — sensing technology, fiber routing, alarm logic and AI event classes — matched to your scenario.
  4. References and evidence. On request, we share comparable case references from the industries and service conditions relevant to your project.
  5. Next steps. Where the project moves forward, we proceed to detailed design, deployment planning and on-site calibration — the same engineering team stays with the project from proposal to go-live.
