What our certification portfolio covers
Which management systems stand behind a Landsub Global delivery? Our operations are certified to five ISO management-system standards — ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety), ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 20000 (IT service management) — and every product across our full line, from DAS and DTS to DTSS-BOTDR, in-service fiber monitoring and AI Sentry™, carries CE conformity. Together these cover how we design and manufacture, how we protect the environment and our people during that work, how we secure customer and project data, how we run monitoring services, and how our hardware meets European safety and EMC requirements. Certificate documents are available on request, so procurement and HSE teams can verify each scope directly rather than rely on marketing claims.
ISO 9001 — Quality management
ISO 9001 governs how our products move from design to delivery: design review and validation for optical path and demodulation changes, controlled procurement of optical and electronic components, in-process inspection and finished-goods testing, calibration of test equipment, and corrective action when defects occur. What this means for customers is concrete: units are shipped with traceable test records, design changes pass through documented validation before they reach your site, and any field issue feeds a closed-loop corrective process rather than an informal fix. For long-life infrastructure monitoring — where a DAS unit may run unattended for years — audited manufacturing discipline is the difference between a datasheet promise and a dependable asset.
ISO 14001 — Environmental management
ISO 14001 requires us to identify, control and continuously reduce the environmental aspects of our operations — from production waste and energy use to the end-of-life handling of electronic assemblies. For pipeline and utility operators this matters at the project level: our deployment practices are designed to leave the right-of-way as we found it, and our environmental management is audited annually by an accredited certification body. Customers with their own ISO 14001 obligations can fold our delivery records into their supply-chain environmental audits without extra qualification work.
ISO 45001 — Occupational health & safety
ISO 45001 covers how we protect the people who build, install and service our systems — including field engineers working alongside your crews on live pipelines, cable tunnels and industrial sites. The system defines hazard identification, risk assessment and operational controls for every work type we perform, plus incident reporting and investigation. For customers, this means site work is carried out under a certified safety regime: our field personnel arrive with documented risk assessments, and our safety performance is externally audited — reducing contractor risk on your HSE record.
ISO 27001 — Information security
ISO 27001 governs the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information we hold — including pipeline route data, alarm records, network topology and fiber routes that customers consider operationally sensitive. The scope covers access control, classification of project information, secure handling during remote diagnostics, and incident response. What this means for customers is that the data your monitoring system generates — where your assets are, what happens along them, and how your fiber network is laid out — is managed under an independently audited security framework, with clear responsibilities on both sides for what is shared, stored and retained.
ISO 20000 — IT service management
ISO 20000 applies to the services side of our business: monitoring operation, system maintenance, software updates and the remote support that keeps a sensing network healthy. It defines service-level management, change control, problem management and continual improvement for the services we deliver — the same disciplines IT departments apply to their own critical systems. For customers running Landsub Global monitoring as an operational service, this means changes are controlled, faults follow a documented problem-management flow, and service performance is reviewed rather than assumed.
CE — European conformity, full product line
CE marking is not a management certificate — it is a product conformity declaration, and ours covers the entire product line, not selected models. Every DAS, DTS, DTSS-BOTDR, in-service fiber monitoring unit and AI Sentry™ component we ship carries CE conformity covering applicable European directives for product safety and electromagnetic compatibility. For European customers and for any operator working to international procurement standards, this removes a common barrier: fiber sensing hardware that arrives with conformity documentation ready for import and integration.

How to verify our certificates
How can procurement and compliance teams confirm what is stated on this page? Simply request the certificate package: we provide the current certificates for all five ISO management systems and the CE conformity documentation for the specific products in your inquiry, including scope statements and issuing bodies. Verification is handled through our sales team at [email protected] or via WhatsApp, and certificate documents can also be exchanged under NDA as part of vendor qualification. We prefer customers who check — audited claims should welcome verification.
